BILLY COOK WESTERN SHOW SADDLE, 16" Grand Champion Model
This saddle is in EXCELLENT condition. All of the corner plates, swell plates, silver buckles and conchos are sterling silver. It is a light pecan color with the floral pattern. The fleece is super thick, clean and fluffy. All of the stitching is secure and there is no darkening on the leather. I stored this saddle at all times in a saddle bag, it has never been in the rain and I used it only to show in. It has the close contact cut outs and full Quarter Horse Bars. I bought it new at the Congress 5 years ago but had 2 children since so it sat unused in a bag for 2 show seasons. I would be happy to email additional pics upon request. MAXAM (THOROWGOOD) ENGLISH SADDLE. Black. EXCELLENT condition, has a few white horse hairs on it but other than that it looks brand new. Billets and stirrup leathers in excellent condition. Synthetic, light weight. Made in England. This is a medium to wide tree, used on a quarter horse/Arab and it fit well. The deep foam seat cushion and soft velour seat and knee pads ensure instant comfort for you too. Built on a SimaTree saddle tree with a life time guarantee, it is designed to locate you in the optimum central position. You can even spend more time riding and less time cleaning as a quick wipe with a damp sponge is all it takes to clean a Maxam. I ride western and am not using the saddle anymore. It has been stored covered and away from weather (in heated tack room). Check online and find similar (used) saddles selling for $400 and more.
